Head Coach Robert Madison

Robert Madison brings extensive track and field coaching experience to Team Elyria Elite. He has served as Volunteer Track Club Head Coach since 2023 and previously held coaching positions at Oberlin High School, Oberlin College, and Elyria High School. His specialties include short sprints, hurdles, long jump events, and speed development. Throughout his coaching career, he has helped several athletes earn college scholarship offers and pursue coaching opportunities.

He is also the father of accomplished athletes Tianna Madison and Christina Madison, whose achievements span Olympic, World, Diamond League, state, and Big Ten competition.
